Wingate High School

The school board for Wingate High School provides oversight and strategy to ensure students' continued growth and development. Student academic achievement is made possible by the collaboration between school board members, a dedicated team of educators, families, and citizens within our Navajo community. Our school board is focused on creating the best learning environments to promote student success, advancement, and progress.

Our school board is fully responsive to the needs of all students, faculty, and parents/guardians. We form partnerships with stakeholders who share our goals of problem-solving and constant improvement among our students. The educational landscape continues to shift along with changes in family dynamics, communities, and technologies. Teaching and learning strategies require the school board’s initiative.

The school board and Wingate High School are committed to ensuring that every student graduates and is prepared for college or a career. The school board follows the policies outlined in 25 CFR and 62 IAM to effectively support students, families, and the community.
