Wingate High School library welcomes all faculty and students who wish to read, learn, or study to our safe, quiet information center. Students develop their lifelong learning habits by using our print and digital resources, including our online library.

Resources and Services

After-school Tutoring: The library offers dedicated tutoring services, providing students with the extra support they need to succeed.

Book Requests – We enrich our library collection by considering book requests from students and teachers. We strive to obtain the requested books and invite all members of our school community to contribute to our library’s growth.

Checkout Policy

Checkouts - Library books may be checked out at the school's discretion. Students are responsible for the proper care and timely return of all checked-out books.

Overdue Books – Students who have overdue items will be limited to a single book until the overdue books are returned or renewed. At the middle and end of the school year, all overdue books will be treated as lost or missing. Transcripts of grades may be withheld until a student clears any pending financial obligations with the school.
